    Anyone try teeth whitening?

i drink a lot of coffee and i was wondering if anyone has used whitening products to get rid of yellow tint coffee drinking makes your teeth?

i think Crest whitening trays would really help us coffee drinkers out! i work with the people at Crest and the whitening trays whiten your teeth quickly and it''s only about 30 minutes a day.

you can still drink coffee after and before whenever you and still get whiter teeth, anyone think about whitening your teeth or using Crest?

    Common Teeth Whitening Procedures

    Laser tooth whitening
    Whitening toothpastes
    Whitening gels and strips
    Tray-based tooth whitening techniques

Regardless of the tooth whitening method you employ, dentists advise that individuals performing at-home dental whitening treatments use caution when it comes to the use of such products. Overuse of over-the-counter home teeth whitening products may wear down tooth enamel if used too frequently, and advise that the best and most effective results are those that are achieved by a trained dental provider.

Now a days there are many whitening sodas available in market but you have need to visit a dentist so that he could recommend you according to your dental condition. I know some good dentists in Diamond Bar who are providing free consultation services regarding zoom whitening. But it is my advice that don`t try at your own. Use according to your dental condition and ask from any dentist.

If you want to whiten your teeth naturally, you can use baking soda, but you should use it at least 2 times a week, never use it daily it will just worn out your teeth enamel. You can also use mouthwash to eliminate the bad taste of baking soda.

It is true that soda changes your taste. I liked the information that you shared regarding using soda just as a medicine and twice is enough in a week. But what you say if we suggest to patient that they visit any dentist first? It will be much better because dentist will suggest after check up so that any risk factor could be rejected. I know some some good dentists in Diamond Bar who are good professionals and providing cheap testaments. If you want to refer then I am available.

    Hi,

You can get rid of yellow teeth by maintaining proper oral hygiene. Brush your teeth daily after each meal. You can use a whitening tooth paste often. Remember that you have to use a whitening mouthwash. Drink more water and eat an apple that can help to make your teeth clean. You can also try strawberry pulp to get rid of the yellow color of your teeth.

Crest whitestrips indeed work, just read the different packages for the % of peroxides (bleaching agents)
remember not to overdo bleaching or your teeth become super sensitive

There are lots of whitening products in market to make your teeth more white, but choose only best one because cheap and useless which contain chemicals avoid them. Or you can visit your dentist and ask for scaling to make your teeth more white.
