    well testicular torsion is when testicles get twisted along with that blood vessels and spermatic cord get twisted as well, which can lead to ischemia so no blood supply to testicle and thus damage your testicle.

    other reason for pain in testicle could be injury could be trauma, or could be epididmitis which is by the most common pain in men 18 y/o or more.
