    B. Erythromycin because alkalinaztion of the stomach acid causes poor absorption of this drug

Tetracycline is more specific for acne and
    absorption is affected by antacids.

Acne vulgaris is a group of the most common forms of acne. Acne is not an infection so do not do extra wash and pick acne you need to take care of your skin. They each take some time to heal, but some of the best acne treatment professionals have studied acne vulgaris long enough to come up with numerous effective acne treatment solutions. Superdrugsaver skin experts suggest that the treatment of acne includes a number of topical and systemic therapies and is guided by several clinical features. What you can do for self help by keeping your skin clean you can help to prevent spots forming. Gently wash spot-prone areas with a mild soap or an unperfumed cleanser in lukewarm water about twice a day. Try not to wash the affected areas more than this, or scrub too hard, as your skin needs a certain amount of oil to maintain its natural condition.

The best answer to the test question is Tetracycline. Every prescription filled for it should have a warning not to take with antacids, particularly magnesium, calcium, or aluminum preparations, since they severely hinder gastric & intestinal absorption of Tetracycline compounds.
