High Yielder: Pt is on high doses of steroids chronically (suppressed immune system). He walks around in the mud barefoot and gets pulmonary NOCARDIOSIS (fever, night sweats, weight loss, coughing blood, chest pain). When asked, what is Nocardia? Are they aerobic or anaerobic?
