A girl, 18 y.o., has CC of vulvar discomfort. She reports intense burning and pain w/ intercourse. Discomfort occurs at vaginal introitus, and with tampons. She is otherwise healthy. She has regular menses and no dysmenorrhea. PE: Vulva has several punctate erythematous areas of epithelium measuring 3 to 10 mm in diameter. Most of these lesions are located on the skin between the 2 Bartholin's glands. Inflammed lesions are tender to the touch. Dx?
